STEP 1

TRIPPING

Call us and look for the Broker’s Coordinator to find a broker and schedule a tripping.

Normal Tripping Schedule:

9:00 am at designated pick up location area.

2:00 pm at designated pick up location per area.

Available during Monday to Sunday except Wednesday.

Time schedule and location may vary a bit depending on the area.

STEP 2

RESERVATION

Know what requirements to bring and the procedure toreserve your future home.

  • Go to the nearest BDC office near your desired project.
  • Bring the latest Payslip, ID, Job Contract or Latest Financial Statement.
  • Duly fill-up BIS form and Reservation Application.
  • Undergo a short briefing about house specs, payment and responsibilities.
  • Pay Reservation fee.

STEP 3

PAYMENT

Be familiar with our convenient payment methods

  • Ask for a referral for Automatic Debit ATM (ADA) to our preferred banks.
  • Undergo a short briefing on how to open an ADA account.
  • Fill-up the required forms and Automatic to Debit Account (ATDA) form to be submitted to the bank.
  • Go to the Referral Bank and open an ADA Account as specified in the Endorsement Letter.
  • Submit the duly filled-up and signed ATDA Form to enroll your account in Automatic Debit.
  • The bank will automatically inform Borland Development Corporation regarding your completion of the requirements for Automatic Debit.

STEP 4

Occupancy

Steps in moving in to your home

  • You will receive a notification once your house is ready
    for move-in.
  • Apply for occupancy, water connection and electricity connection.
  • Wait for 5 weeks processing of the occupancy application.
  • Turn-over of house keys.
