Know what requirements to bring and the procedure toreserve your future home.
- Go to the nearest BDC office near your desired project.
- Bring the latest Payslip, ID, Job Contract or Latest Financial Statement.
- Duly fill-up BIS form and Reservation Application.
- Undergo a short briefing about house specs, payment and responsibilities.
- Pay Reservation fee.
Be familiar with our convenient payment methods
- Ask for a referral for Automatic Debit ATM (ADA) to our preferred banks.
- Undergo a short briefing on how to open an ADA account.
- Fill-up the required forms and Automatic to Debit Account (ATDA) form to be submitted to the bank.
- Go to the Referral Bank and open an ADA Account as specified in the Endorsement Letter.
- Submit the duly filled-up and signed ATDA Form to enroll your account in Automatic Debit.
- The bank will automatically inform Borland Development Corporation regarding your completion of the requirements for Automatic Debit.
Steps in moving in to your home
- You will receive a notification once your house is ready
- Apply for occupancy, water connection and electricity connection.
- Wait for 5 weeks processing of the occupancy application.
- Turn-over of house keys.
